VHS-3

I saw the concept of this bullpup rifle in a PlayShrapnel video. Loved the design, so I thought it was a good exercise for practicing weapons modeling from a 2D concept, I decided to call it VHS3 due to the similarities with the VHS2/Helion rifle.
